What is the MOQ for bulk purchases and what is your after-sales warranty policy?
There is no high minimum order quantity for regular models, and mixed small-batch orders of in-stock items are acceptable. All products undergo full strict inspection before delivery. We provide corresponding after-sales solutions for defects caused by materials or workmanship.
What vehicle models do your products fit? Can you offer a vehicle matching list?
Our products fit Japanese, Korean, European, American, domestic passenger cars and light trucks. We can provide a complete OE number matching list free of charge once you place an order.
Where is your factory located? Can you provide relevant origin documents?
Our factory is located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, China. We can provide certificates of origin and material-related documents upon shipment.
Does each shock absorber top mount come with a plane bearing? How is the bearing quality?
Complete top mounts are equipped with P5 precision bearings of low-noise Z2/Z3 vibration class. They enable smooth steering without jamming, cushion road bumps and protect shock absorbers.
Are leaf spring bump stops and stabilizer bar bushings prone to cracking?
We have optimized the rubber formula with high tensile strength. The rubber is resistant to extrusion and deformation, so it will hardly crack or loosen under long-term driving on normal road conditions.
What rubber materials do you use for the products, and how about their durability?
All products are integrally formed of high-elastic natural rubber and SPHC hot-rolled steel plates. They are anti-aging, temperature-resistant and wear-resistant, effectively reducing chassis abnormal noise and extending service life.
